Refund policy
At Studio 10ave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items, provided the following conditions are met:
Return Requirements:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (tracked by shipping).
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- The item must be a full-priced product. Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for return unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items Excluded from Return:
- Final sale and sample sale items.
- Products purchased during promotions, with a discount code, or as part of bundle deals.
- Customized or altered items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Products returned after the 14-day return window.
- Gift cards.
Refunds:
We will only issue refunds for items that meet the return requirements. Refunds will only be processed for faulty items and cannot be issued for change of mind.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- For approved refunds, the original order value will be refunded minus the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We are happy to offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, as long as it’s within the 14-day return window. If the requested item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
- Items purchased on sale, during a promotion, or as part of a bundle deal are not eligible for exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Email hello@studio10ave.co.nz with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- We will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
- Ship the product back to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost returns).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange confirmation.
Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Order Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@studio10ave.co.nz with your order number.
- Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be canceled.
- If your order has already been shipped, you may return the item following the return process outlined above.
Discount Codes:
Once an order is placed using a discount code, the price difference cannot be refunded.
